Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TakeProfit HQ website and your membership of the private TakeProfit HQ Discord community (together, the “Service”). By purchasing a membership or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

TakeProfit HQ is an educational trading community. Membership provides access to a private Discord server containing educational content, live sessions, trade breakdowns, market analysis, resources, and community discussion.

The Service is not a brokerage, investment adviser, financial planner, or signal service. Nothing in the Service is individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, contract, or other instrument. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service — access to the community requires a Discord account in good standing.

3. Membership and billing

Membership costs $30 USD per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed by Square; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

  • Billing is monthly, on the anniversary of your first payment.
  • Your first charge is taken at checkout, and access begins once it clears.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or end access after the period you have paid for has run out.
  • We may change the price. If we do, we will give you notice before a changed price applies to you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Your account and access

Membership is personal to you. You may not share, sell, resell, or transfer your access, invite link, or account credentials. Access is granted to one person.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content in the Service — lessons, recordings, breakdowns, analysis, written material — belongs to TakeProfit HQ or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view it for your own education while your membership is active.

You may not record, redistribute, republish, resell, or use the content to build a competing product. This licence ends when your membership ends.

6. Community conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
  • Post spam, scams, or promotional material without permission.
  • Solicit members for other services, funds, or account management.
  • Share content from the community outside it.
  • Present yourself as a representative of TakeProfit HQ.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may remove content, suspend access, or end a membership for breach of these rules. Where we end a membership for a breach, we may do so without a refund.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any trading result, profit, income, or performance outcome. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Any result described in the community — anyone’s, including your own past results — does not predict or guarantee future results. Every decision you make in your own account is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it.

8. Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it running and to keep producing content, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Discord is a third-party platform and its outages are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakeProfit HQ is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending your membership

You may cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your membership for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end the Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the community or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TakeProfit HQ operates. [Specify your governing jurisdiction and dispute resolution process here before launch.]
