Refund & Cancellation Policy

How billing works

TakeProfit HQ membership is a recurring subscription of $30 USD per month. Your first payment is taken at checkout and the same amount is charged automatically each month on that date until you cancel. Square processes every charge and emails you a receipt each time.

There is no setup fee, no contract length, and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Email dylan@excelerence.com from the address you used at checkout, and we will cancel the subscription and confirm it in writing.

When you cancel:

  • You keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for. Cancelling on day 3 of a month does not cut you off on day 3.
  • You are not charged again after the current period ends.
  • Community access ends when that paid period runs out.

[If you also want cancellations handled through a self-serve link or through Square’s customer portal, add those instructions here before launch.]

Refunds

Because membership grants immediate access to educational content, payments are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones.

We will review a refund request where:

  • You were charged after cancelling.
  • You were charged more than once for the same period.
  • A technical fault on our side kept you out of the community.
  • The charge was not authorized by you.

Email dylan@excelerence.com within [specify a window, e.g. 14 days] of the charge with your Square receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

[Review this section against consumer law in the jurisdictions you sell into — some give buyers a statutory cancellation right for digital services that this policy cannot override.]

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Square may retry it. If it keeps failing, the subscription is deactivated and community access ends once the period you have already paid for runs out. You can resubscribe at any time.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute can. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in access being removed while the dispute is investigated.

Price changes

If the membership price changes, existing members are told before the new price applies to them and can cancel before it takes effect.
